This booklet’s second edition is now sold out. However a digital version is available. It can be purchased for $15 including postage and handling. There is also a $20 version which additionally contains digital copies of all the original photographs used. These prices are for a CD version, however if you need it via a USB, please add $5  to cover the additional expense, ie $20 or $25 depending on the version you require.
